KETO RECIPES
Drop Biscuits
NetCarbs: 1.5g Calories: 142g Fat: 12.1 Protein: 4.6g Carbs:3.1g Fiber: 1.6g
1 1/2 C Almond Flour
2t Baking Powder
1/4 t salt
1/4 C Sour Cream
2 Eggs
2T Butter (melted, not hot)
Preheat Oven 400 degrees
Medium Bowl - almond flour, baking powder, salt
Small Bowl - sour cream, eggs, melted butter
Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Let sit 5 minutes.
Drop the batter by large spoonfuls onto baking sheet covered in parchment paper or a silicone mat leaving 2 inches between the biscuits. Bake for 10-12 minutes until tops are golden brown. Allow to cool.
Sausage Gravy

1lb Breakfast Sausage
1C Heavy Whipping Cream
3/4 C Water
1/2 t Corn Starch
Salt and Pepper to taste
In large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, crumble meat.
Reduce heat to low, stir in cream, water and corn starch.
Continue cooking, stirring frequently until the gravy starts to thicken...about 10 minutes.
Season gravy to taste with salt and pepper.
Sausage and Egg Breakfast Cups

2lbs Pork Sausage
1/2T Thyme
1 Clove of Garlic
1/4t Paprika
1/4t Cumin
1/2t Salt
Black Pepper
1C Spinach
1/2C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
12 Eggs
1/2t Chives
Preheat Oven 400 Degrees
Grab a Muffin Tin
In medium bowl, combine pork, thyme, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
Put pork mixture into muffin tin and press firmly to make a "cup".
Once pork is pressed, add cheese and spinach......crack an egg on top (drain of some of the egg white so there is room in the tin).
Bake for 20-25 minutes, garnish with chives and ENJOY!
(these can be stored in a plastic container in the fridge and reheat in the microwave for 30 secs.)
